St. Mary’s is on the southwest shore of Lake George, 2 miles from Lake George Village, on State Route 9L. The property features simple accommodations for up to 35 people, a 150-seat chapel, separate dining facility, and a dock and boathouse on the water. Originally built to provide a summer home for the Paulist Fathers and seminarians, today the property is our summer vacation home, as well as a gathering place for Paulist workshops, meetings, and reunions.
Although the Paulists are a Roman Catholic religious community, we welcome people of all faiths to St. Mary’s on the Lake, and invite their participation in our retreat programs.
